I applied online and the first step was a straightforward phone call with the recruiter.

She walked me through some background on the company and then asked me about myself and why I wanted to apply. The whole conversation felt pretty casual and easy to follow, and it set the tone for the rest of the process.

After that, I moved into the interview stage. I remember feeling like the recruiter cared about understanding my motivation rather than just grilling me, and overall it felt like a smooth, uncomplicated flow. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the process didn’t leave me with a bad impression—I felt like I’d been given a fair chance to explain what I was looking for.
