My interview followed the kind of basics you’d expect, but it was still more structured than some of the other conversations I’d had.

They asked me to introduce myself, then talked through my strengths and weaknesses, and I also got asked what I did in my free time.

The level felt average overall, and I remember being selected during the interview, but I ended up declining the offer afterward. That part surprised me a bit because the selection happened, yet the decision on my side came down to fit for me personally rather than the interview going poorly. In the end, the process felt standard, and the key moment was that I chose not to move forward despite being picked.
