My process took about two weeks from start to finish, and it felt unusually warm compared to what I’d experienced elsewhere.

The person I interviewed with came across as genuinely engaged and supportive, and the conversation quickly turned into understanding my goals and what I wanted to get out of the company.

I walked away liking the interview style because it didn’t feel like a rigid checklist—there was real care in how the conversation was framed. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience itself was positive and left me with confidence that they listened and paid attention to what I was looking for.
