Even though the overall interview process felt slow-paced, the final interaction with the manager left a strong impression on me.

The conversation highlighted the company’s commitment to creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture, and that stood out as something I genuinely cared about.

I didn’t judge the entire process only by speed; I let that last conversation weigh more heavily in my mind. By the time it ended, I was more interested in the role because I could feel that culture intention coming through. The process might have dragged, but the manager’s last impression made it memorable in a constructive way.
