I went through an aptitude + HR + manager interview flow that also included an internship component, and it felt manageable with preparation.

Aptitude program — an initial aptitude-based stage.
HR interview — standard questions around fit and communication.
Manager interview — questions to evaluate how I’d work in a team.
Internship follow-through — an internship for 6 months (and context that the program involved a small company team). Outcome: No offer was mentioned, but the overall experience was positive and emphasized practicing problems and managing time.
