I went through an ~8-week AE interview journey that ended with an unscripted final presentation and structured feedback along the way.

Application — applied on the company site and waited about a month for a response.
Recruiter screen — scheduled quickly after applying, with the recruiter coordinating next steps.
RSM interview — held as the later stage, scheduled roughly a week out.
Final presentation — I presented without much guidance, which made prep feel challenging despite prior structure. Outcome: No offer, but I received organized communication and feedback after each step.
