I interviewed for an Account Executive role at DocuSign through a simple three-stage sequence with HR, Customer Success, and leadership, and it didn’t impress me.

HR interview — A straightforward screen about my experience and motivation.
Customer Success / adjacent function — A relatively direct conversation about how I’d work cross-functionally.
Leadership interview — A final leadership touchpoint that stayed standard.
Presentation expectation — The process didn’t feel demanding beyond the usual interview structure. Outcome: I didn’t get the job, and the takeaway was that the experience didn’t change my overall impression of the company.
