I interviewed for the Account Executive role and experienced an overall easy-to-average process, usually moving through a few rounds quickly, often with helpful recruiter support.

Recruiter screen — A short call to qualify my experience and explain the path forward.
Manager interview (Zoom/phone) — A straightforward conversation about my history and fit for the role.
Cross-functional or leadership touchpoint — Sometimes HR or leadership joined; the focus stayed on motivation and how I operate.
Presentation / deal review (in some flows) — When required, I reviewed a successful deal and discussed what I’d do in the first 90 days.
Wrap-up / final step — Where timing was smooth, I received feedback after each stage and next-step
