I interviewed for the Account Executive role and the structure felt unusual and error-prone, even though I ultimately received the correct materials.

Recruiter screen — A call to qualify me; audio was hard due to a thick accent.
Manager interviews (with scheduling/tech issues) — Two interviews with the hiring manager, with Webex problems causing repeated attempts.
Panel interview after acceleration — I was moved quickly to a panel format.
Presentation/briefing logistics — I was sent the wrong brief from a different applicant (including incorrect contact details) before receiving the correct one.
Panel discussion cutoff — A large panel was present, but the most senior participant only stayed
