I interviewed for an Account Executive role at DocuSign with a tight timeline and a recruiter who provided frequent guidance.

Recruiter screen — The first round focused on alignment and qualification.
Multiple interview rounds (3 total) — I moved through subsequent stages quickly.
Deal/discovery-style preparation (implied by structure) — The process emphasized being ready for what the role would require.
Ongoing recruiter feedback — The recruiter gave detailed feedback between rounds and helped keep momentum. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that the recruiter-driven communication and rapid scheduling made the process feel efficient.
