San Jose, CAPosted May 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a relatively straightforward AE interview flow with recruiter coordination and a fast move to leadership, feeling like the process was transparent and fit-focused.

Recruiter screen — a quick chat about my background and career goals, with the recruiter making sure it was a fit.
Director/Roles interview — a sales-oriented conversation reviewing performance interests, fit for the role, and what I was looking for.
Leadership interview (final stage) — an overall “learn as you go” discussion where the interviewer tried to gauge mutual fit rather than run me through surprise steps. Outcome: No offer, but it felt well-run and respectful, and I appreciated the focus on alignment over gimmicks.
