DISH Account Executive interview experience

I first spoke with a recruiter who reviewed my resume and then did a brief check on whether my basic qualifications matched what they were looking for. After that, the interviewer dug deeper into my experience and product knowledge, keeping the conversation easy to follow.

The interview itself was fairly conversational—more about understanding how I’d worked with customers and what my people skills and sales skills looked like than about trying to catch me off guard. We covered my strengths and worked through one or two hypothetical sales scenarios to see how I’d handle different situations.
