I experienced a BA process where the interviews themselves weren’t the issue—the recruiter’s professionalism and responsiveness were, and it ultimately went nowhere.

Recruiter coordination — After applying, I received scheduling emails but follow-up was poor; messages went unanswered.
Recruiter screen logistics — The recruiter arrived late to the screening call, and then I had to repeatedly follow up for next steps.
Panel interview (2 hours) — I completed a longer panel interview session, but after that I never received updates despite follow-ups.

Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is to watch for reliable communication signals, because they can make or break the candidate experience.
