Boston, MAPosted Oct 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a quick recruiter phone screen and then moved into an in-office interview with four people in my department, mostly manager or VP level.

The interview flow was pretty friendly and fast-paced—three behavioral conversations and one case component.

The topics stayed anchored in my prior experience and genuine interest in the role, but I also got asked about specific things like favorite ad campaigns and how I thought about the importance of corporate marketing and reputation. There was a case interview too, and I hadn’t known about it beforehand, which made that portion feel a bit stressful in the moment.

The scheduling ended up getting delayed by about a week because of heavy snowstorms, but otherwise the timeline made sense.
