Digitas Business Analyst interview experience

As a recent college graduate, I found the team very open to my questions, and HR reached out and had me flying in within a week. The in-person interview happened first, and the whole stretch from that moment to the offer was about two weeks.

I didn’t ultimately receive the offer, though the process itself felt painless and respectful, with a lot of willingness to answer questions and keep things conversational. What I appreciated most was that the pace and communication created clarity, even though it didn’t convert into a hire.
