Boston, MAPosted Dec 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went into the BA loop expecting a standard screening, but it turned into a very difficult, exhausting stretch with tightly scheduled back-to-back rounds over about two hours.

Recruiter-led intake (brief phone) — A short conversation after being found through LinkedIn.
Back-to-back interviews (4 rounds) — Four 30-minute interviews in sequence, including multiple behavioral conversations plus case-study work.
Case/fit + heavy difficulty — I was pushed with questions that felt unreasonable and created a high-stress environment.

Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway is that for this process, pacing and case readiness mattered because there was little downtime between rounds.
