Detroit, MIPosted Jul 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I came in after a recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn, and the process began with a quick phone interview.

I was then pulled into an in-person interview fairly soon after. The on-site day was about four hours, and the questions were specific and pointed toward my background, with some problem-solving mixed in.

Meeting multiple people was part of it—four different interviewers in total—each taking their own angle on whether my experience matched what they needed. The interviews didn’t feel like a scripted grilling; they were pretty direct and focused on how I handled the role’s requirements rather than trying to catch me off guard. I walked out feeling like I had done enough to impress them.
