I went through a very low-pressure, mostly in-store hiring loop for an Account Executive–type role, and it all happened quickly (often same day) with mostly basic customer/sports questions.

Store-manager/manager chat — short, informal conversation about why I wanted the job, my relevant experience, and my availability.
Onsite in-store walkthrough — went through basics like duties and expectations, plus what a day-to-day looks like.
Hypotheticals + customer-fit — answered simple scenario questions about handling customers and staying flexible/team-oriented.
Wrap-up / offer — in many cases the interview led directly to an offer or a clear next step; when offered later, it was still a smooth process.
Onboarding/first-day details — received early info
