I ended up going through 12 interviews, and the sheer number was exhausting.

What stood out most was how unstructured the company seemed to be—at times they didn’t appear to know what they wanted, and they had me complete presentations just to figure out what direction they were headed.

I had to interview with eight different people, and I went through multiple presentations, including a final interview with the same people I’d already spoken to. By the time I finally received the rejection call, I didn’t really even care about the feedback anymore—I was just done with the process. It was one of the most ridiculous interview experiences I’ve been through.
