My process was quick and surprisingly pleasant.

I went through a screening and then interviews scheduled for the following week, which kept things moving without dragging on for weeks. In total, it took about a week from the scheduled interviews to a verbal offer.

The interviews were set up as a typical panel made up of four interviewers, followed by a final conversation with the Director of SE. Most tech interviews I’ve had are stressful and overly technical, but this one felt more relaxed and comfortable. I didn’t feel like I was being put through a gauntlet, and the overall experience ended positively with a verbal offer.
