San Francisco, CAPosted Jan 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After an initial recruiter screen, I ended up doing a set of technical rounds that felt a lot like a structured loop.

I had a phone screen where the focus was on algorithms. Then the process moved into a virtual onsite format spread across a few days, and I kept seeing the same themes: algorithm rounds, plus at least one round that felt more like object-oriented design and another that was more of a technical discussion than a pure coding exercise. Overall it felt fairly average in difficulty—challenging, but not chaotic.

During the onsite portion, the interview panel consisted of three people, and the day didn’t start perfectly: one interviewer was late, and the flow felt slightly awkward because of it.
