My process started with a hiring specialist touchpoint, followed by a series of Zoom interviews.

I spoke with different sales leaders, including someone overseeing sales enablement and other heads across the sales organization. Everyone I met was friendly, and the conversations felt casual but kept a professional tone.

By the time I reached the later stages, it felt like the process was designed to understand how I worked and how I thought about sales more than it was about stress-testing me. Overall, the whole sequence felt approachable and well-run for a multi-step pipeline. It ended without an offer.
