San Francisco, CAPosted Aug 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had one of the most seamless processes I can remember with Dialpad.

The recruiter who reached out was really knowledgeable about the role and the company’s market position, and the conversation felt professional and easy to like. After that, I had a call with the VP first by phone and then by video—both felt exciting and genuine.

The final step was a conversation with the CRO over video, and that was equally positive. What made it stand out was how responsive everyone was and how well they set expectations throughout. It ended without an offer, but the experience itself felt polished and respectful from start to finish.
