PunePosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I attended a fresher apprentice walk-in drive in Pune and went through a technical + HR process.

After the interviews, I was asked to submit a stack of documents like 10th, 12th, graduation details, Aadhaar, PAN, and so on.

Even after submitting everything, I waited about two weeks with no update or offer letter. There wasn’t any follow-up email that explained whether I progressed, and I kept checking for communication without seeing any.

The interview itself wasn’t described as bad, but the post-interview silence and lack of closure turned the experience into a long wait. I never received the next communication I was expecting.
