Design Pickle UX/UI Designer interview experience

The process felt extremely demanding and long, like it was built to mirror the workload of the role itself.

From the beginning it didn’t hide the intensity—at times it felt like the atmosphere could be pretty toxic, even if the company communicated clearly that the job involved a super heavy load.

I didn’t reach an offer, but the thing that stayed with me was the realism: the process matched the pressure level of the position more than it felt like a gentle screening. Even though it was clearly explained, the experience left me feeling drained rather than energized.
