DeltaX Software Engineer interview experience

They gave me three days to complete it, and the expectation was that I’d finish the whole deliverable within that window and then demonstrate it during the follow-up.

It was a different pace from the typical timed assessments—more like a mini build—so I spent that time wrestling with getting everything to work end to end rather than just solving isolated problems. I didn’t ultimately receive an offer, and what I took away was that the process leaned heavily on deliverable completion and demonstration rather than a single interview question.
