Atlanta, GAPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process included an initial online screening followed by an interview with a panel of performance engineers.

The screening itself was very easy—more like a warm-up. Once I moved to the panel, the tone changed quickly: the virtual/in-person stage became more difficult, with a lot of questions coming at me.

I didn’t feel completely lost during the panel, but it definitely required more careful thinking and faster responses. The experience was structured around evaluation by the engineering group rather than a single back-and-forth.

I ended up receiving an offer. Overall it felt like a classic escalation—easy start, then a more demanding engineering panel that determined the final decision.
