Atlanta, GAPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process started with an online screening that felt very easy.

After that, I moved into an interview with a panel of performance engineers, and that’s where it noticeably got harder. The panel format came with a lot of questions directed at me, and I felt like the difficulty came less from trick problems and more from sheer volume and rapid follow-ups.

I didn’t get an offer, and I left with the impression that my answers had to be tight and consistent under pressure. The difference between the screening and the panel really stood out—my first impression was calm, but the performance-engineer stage demanded more stamina.
