Dallas, TXPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process followed a standard consulting-style pattern with behavioral questions, a case study, and then manager-level interviews.

What I noticed was that they really wanted answers that were well thought out and concise, and that I could articulate my thinking clearly as I went.

Something that stood out was that they assigned me an interview buddy—someone who worked at the company who could help me navigate the flow throughout the interview process. That part felt different from other companies I’d encountered, and it actually made the logistics and handoffs less stressful. Overall, the structure was demanding but organized, and it reflected how seriously they took communication and clarity.
