Deloitte Software Engineer interview experience

Before I got to that in-person step, there had already been a coding round and then a technical interview.

The process felt like it had clear stages leading up to meeting face to face, but the details of what was evaluated in the offline interview weren’t the part I could fully recall. What I did remember was that by the time I went in person, I’d already been through the earlier screening of technical ability.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the experience mostly stuck with me as a fairly standard ladder: shortlist, coding, technical discussion, then an in-person follow-up.
