The process was multi-stage and tested both situational and technical knowledge through case-style stories.

For the final stage, I had an interview plus a discussion about a subject I could choose myself from a set of options they provided beforehand.

That last part was surprisingly structured—having a list of topics meant I could prepare around one chosen theme instead of being completely random. Overall, the multi-stage flow felt like they were measuring how I handled both scenario reasoning and deeper conversation.
