My process started with a broad, conversation-style interview where I talked through my previous work and my soft skills.

It felt like they were trying to understand how I think and how I communicate my experience, not just what I’d listed on my resume.

Then I moved into a more technical, exhaustive style interview focused on business analysis. I highlighted requirement gathering and BRD documentation, and I was also asked about capital markets fundamentals along with SQL queries. The time felt tight and focused, and the questions were very functional in nature.
