I had a technical interview where the first part was about how I’d approach an online assessment (an OA) and then walk through my solution.

The format was very methodical: I explained my thinking, and we stepped through the reasoning together.

After that, I was given a LeetCode-style coding problem to solve live. It was presented as a straightforward, problem-solving exercise, and the emphasis was on clarity and the way I structured my solution while talking through it.

Overall it felt easy and direct, more focused on communication during coding than on trickiness. Even so, I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience itself was smooth and not stressful.
