TaipeiPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role in an intense, communication-heavy process where I had to present myself before coding and system design testing.

Presentation (15 minutes) — I started with a candidate presentation.
Technical interview (about 25 minutes) — problem-solving and system design concepts.
Coding test (final, 15 minutes) — two algorithm questions under time constraints.
Back-to-back behavioral rounds (4×45 minutes, with breaks) — another part of the journey used several consecutive behavioral-style sessions. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that both communication and performance under time pressure mattered a lot.
