I interviewed for a Dell software role with a couple of stages (behavioral, HackerRank OA, then technical/behavioral) and overall moderate difficulty, though the timeline could be slow.

Behavioral first round — standard behavioral interview questions.
Online assessment (HackerRank) — a coding/logic OA step.
Technical/behavioral interview — a combined round; I was told the location had many applicants for a small number of spots.
Process timing issue (one case) — one candidate reported about three weeks between early and next steps. Outcome: No offer reported; takeaway: treat HackerRank seriously and be ready for “mixed” rounds combining technical and behavioral signals.
