I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a clear three-step flow—screening, an OA-style coding test, and a final combined assessment.

Phone screen — I covered basic qualifications and what I’d done that relates to the role.
Coding screen (HackerRank) — I completed a coding challenge as a technical assessment.
Final interview (technical + cultural fit) — I went through a broader interview to validate technical skills and how I’d work with the team.
Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that this process is direct: qualify, code, then show fit in one longer final conversation.
