Hopkinton, MAPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a very light technical emphasis, and the process mostly centered on fit.

Recruiter outreach — I was contacted by a recruiter first.
Behavior interview — A first conversation focused on my background and values/fit.
Online assessment (OA) — I completed an assessment, though the technical portion wasn’t considered crucial for the decision.
Final behavior interview — A second fit-oriented conversation. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that this was less about deep coding and more about how I presented myself.
