I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an emphasis on fit and teamwork stories, and in another path I did a same-day campus recruitment interview.

Behavioral-first interview — questions like tell me about yourself, why Dell, and examples of resolving issues in a team.
Technical (campus recruitment track) — a separate round was either technical or HR, depending on the same-day schedule.
HR (campus recruitment track) — an HR interview on the same day with results announced the same evening. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer in the overall journey; the takeaway was that they valued communication and team problem-solving.
