I interviewed for a Dell Software Engineer role and went through a mostly asynchronous process over a few stages, with one part feeling tricky.

Recruiter / initial screening — an RH call to introduce the role and my background.
Asynchronous team presentation — a video recording (up to two minutes) in English introducing myself; it was shared with teams in the US and India tied to the project.
Technical validation (asynchronous) — another video-based technical/presentation round with the team. Outcome: I received a positive response; the timeline felt straightforward, but preparing the English video was the most challenging part.
