Round Rock, TXPosted Apr 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with multiple DSA-focused rounds that felt average overall, with a coding-then-fit structure and moderate technical difficulty.

OA / first stage — I completed an online assessment including easy-to-medium LeetCode-style questions and multiple-choice items.
Technical coding + behavioral — I solved additional medium LeetCode problems and then discussed motivation and past work.
Coding/technical fundamentals emphasis — Another round leaned on OOP concepts and required solid implementation rather than only theory. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that basic programming fundamentals plus consistent LeetCode-style practice were enough to stay competitive at this level.
