BengaluruPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role in infrastructure/security contexts, and the interviews were fairly technical but my process still ended in rejection after later-stage discussions.

Round 1 (panel / senior members) — I covered live coding on HackerRank plus Linux and networking scenario questions.
Next round (managerial discussion) — I had a managerial conversation after the technical stage.
HR wrap-up / decision — In both experiences, HR communicated outcomes or delays; one decision was tied to non-technical concerns. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that technical performance wasn’t the only factor—timing and practical constraints affected decisions.
