I interviewed for a Dell software role that emphasized both technical depth and hands-on problem solving, spread across two technical rounds and a managerial round.

Technical round 1 — evaluated core domain knowledge, problem-solving, and hands-on expertise with coding/system design and technical discussions.
Technical round 2 — a second deep dive into technical concepts and implementation thinking.
Managerial round — focus on how I approach challenges and connect my work to the role. Outcome: No offer reported; takeaway: be prepared to discuss trade-offs and implementation details, not just high-level concepts.
