Round Rock, TXPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role in a short, low-friction pipeline where the recruiter helped set expectations and the technical steps felt manageable.

Recruiter screen — I had a short call to discuss my background, energy, and interest.
Asynchronous online assessment — I completed an assessment (described as easy, with HackerRank-type questions).
Behavioral final interview — I talked through fit and past projects. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that staying engaged and communicating confidently helped, even when the technical portion was easy.
