Dell Technologies Software Engineer interview experience

I started with a simple technical interview with a group of three to four technical members, plus lunch with a team lead. There was also an additional interview with the hiring manager, and later I had a phone follow-up with the tech lead.

Even though the steps themselves were well-defined, the scheduling dragged—one later round took around two months to get coordinated, got rescheduled more than once, and ultimately got cancelled. HR reached out to let me know the position was closed, so I didn’t move forward, despite having already put energy into multiple conversations.
