Dell Technologies Software Engineer interview experience

The interview itself lasted about 30–45 minutes, and it felt pretty easy. Most of the conversation centered on my resume and the projects I’d worked on, with the interviewer sticking to basics and letting me talk through my background.

Afterward, the tone never turned stressful or overly technical, which surprised me a little given how many roles tend to get heavy on coding. I left feeling like I’d done well on fit and clarity, even though it didn’t turn into an offer for me.
