I interviewed for a Software Engineer role in a three-round format where the first round was behavioral and the next two were technical.

Round 1 (behavioral) — I had a friendly conversation to assess communication and overall fit.
Round 2 (technical) — I was tested on technical topics relevant to the role.
Round 3 (technical with group leader) — I continued with another technical exchange with the group leader.
Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that the tone was warm, but you still needed to demonstrate competence across both technical rounds.
