I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a mix of average technical screening and an additional managerial/HR conversation.

Round 1 (virtual technical) — average questions that felt structured and answerable, building on my background.
Round 2 (virtual technical) — more technical discussion, still within a moderate difficulty range.
Final managerial + HR — decision-making questions plus salary and perks negotiation. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the process was reasonable, but my final answers didn’t lead to an advancement.
