My interview started with an HR screening where the focus was on my projects and my past experiences, essentially verifying what I had put on my resume.

The conversation stayed rooted in the work I’d claimed and how I described it.

After that, I moved into a technical interview that tied directly to my experiences and projects. Instead of abstract questions only, it felt like they were probing the specific technologies and decisions I’d already talked about.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the overall flow was coherent and the questions felt grounded in my actual background, which made it easier to engage even though the final decision went against me.
