I joined a panel-style interview with four people, and I felt a bit stressed right away just because of the number of interviewers.

The team lead started with general questions, then I had to share my screen and work through coding challenges live.

The overall feel was fair, but the setup put me under pressure—there were multiple people listening and evaluating at once. By the end, I didn’t end up with an offer, and the main takeaway for me was how quickly the format moved from conversation into hands-on coding under observation.
