DataVisor Software Engineer interview experience

The timing was already a little off: the interviewer called about 45 minutes after my scheduled time. While I was in the middle of the interview, I also got an email from the recruiter that notified me of my rejection.

That timing made the whole call feel strange and demoralizing, like I was still answering questions while the decision had already been made. The process was brief and frustrating because there wasn’t a clear chance to finish strong. Even though I was on the call and trying to engage, the abrupt rejection message drowned out any momentum I might’ve had.
